Problem
Prompt Personnel Consultancy is a premier staffing service provider in India. They manage more than 12000 temporary staff for prominent brands in the country. Their operations team received several queries on a regular basis related to their payslip, PF, leaves, deductions, etc. They wanted to streamline the communication between their operations team and their temporary staff.
Solution
Eiosys crafted a solution for Prompt Personnel in the form of mobile apps for temporary staff. We added a variety of features in the mobile app which made it easier for the temp associate to access the relevant information. Through the app, the temp associate can receive salary credit notifications, view earnings and deductions, view and download salary slips, view personal profile (including PF UAN, ESI No., Employee code, bank details, etc.), request a change in information, raise a support query and send required documents for compliance.
Impact
The app has helped the operations team of Prompt Personnel in communicating with their thousands of temporary staff easily. It has also helped their temporary staff in accessing their relevant information and raising a support query effortlessly.
