  1. Smart Inventory Hold: We created a custom “hold list” feature. It lets admins set hold periods for diamonds reserved by specific vendors. When a diamond is on hold, other clients can’t see it, preventing double sales. Admins can also limit how many stones each buyer can hold, ensuring fair inventory control.
