Almond King, a popular dry fruit brand, started in 2012 to deliver top-quality dry fruits and almonds from farmers straight to customers’ homes at fair prices. Almond King has built a strong reputation for quality, purity, and dedication to natural products by keeping a close eye on every step of the production process, from getting the ingredients to packaging them.
As Almond King got ready to grow its business in India, it needed a unique website and mobile app that could handle a range of special features beyond what typical online stores offer. What they wanted included loyalty and subscription-based systems for both online and mobile platforms as well as links to other apps like payment systems and delivery services.
Also, they needed a powerful backend to manage more in-depth customer engagement data and analysis. Since ready-made options couldn’t handle these complex features, Almond King searched for a reliable expandable system that matched their brand values and growth goals.
We looked at Almond King’s needs weighing the pros and cons of existing e-commerce platforms for the next decade in mind. It became clear that none of the usual approaches would meet their unique requirements so we came up with a new plan.
Our answer combined ERP features with an online store creating a full web and mobile setup that could change, grow, and match what Almond King wanted.
We built Almond King’s system using Node.js, React, and Flutter, providing them with a platform they could easily tweak and expand. We made sure to get their future needs and set up a solid data structure to help them down the road. We showed designs at each step, with their team saying yes to move things along. We used a “Lego” way to let parts be built on their own making it simple to add or change things as they got bigger.
